Ebba graduated from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts in 2018. At the Academy of the Arts, she participated in various drama-related projects in addition to her studies. Among the performances she was a part of the theatergroup KONUBÖRN that set up the KONUBÖRN show in Gaflaraleikhúsið in 201.
Just before graduating from IAA Ebba was offered a contract in the City Theater where she played Emma in Dúkkuheimili, 2.hluti (A Doll´s House – Part 2), Marína and Woman 1 in NÚNA 2019 (NOW 2019), Ophelia and Laertes in Hamlet Litli (Little Hamlet) and Phelps in Matthildur (Mathilda The Musical).
For the past year Ebba has worked at the National Theater. Her first project in the National Theater was Ugla, the leading role in ATÓMSTÖÐIN (The Atom Station) directed by Una Þorleifsdóttir. Other roles during the same year were Korovief in Meistarinn og Margaríta (The Master and Margarita) and Hanna in the children’s show Þitt Eigið Leikrit II – Tímaferðalag (Your Own Play II – Time Travel)
Ebba played one of the leading roles in the two-part miniseries Mannasiðir (Manners) by Maria Reyndal, which was screened at RÚV Easter 2018 and voted best-selling TV show on Eddan 2019. She also starred in the film Agnes Joy, the TV-series Venjulegt Fólk 2 (Ordinary People 2), Áramótaskaupið (Year 2019 TV show) among tv commercials. Ebba has done voice-work for TV commercials and radio plays.
Ebba was nominated for The Icelandic Theatre Award: Gríman 2019 for her role in Mathilda The Musical.
