Georg Leite was born in Salvador in Brazil in 1980. He studied photography in São Paulo where he worked for a while before relocating to New York. In 1998 he moved to Iceland and started his own photography studio. Since then he has graduated with a business degree from HR, run his own dance school and worked as a model and actor. Many people will recognise Georg as the owner of Kaldi bar in downtown Reykjavík, where he makes everyone feel welcome.
Georg speaks Spanish, Portugese, English and Icelandic, and is currently learning French. He has appeared in commercials for Sorpa, íslenskt kranavatn, Inspired by Iceland, UN Women Iceland and AK Pure Skin. Recent roles as an actor have been in the TV series Ófærð, Gullregn and Tryggð.
