Snjólaug Lúðvíksdóttir is a screenwriter and stand-up comedian. She writes for TV & film; she is currently working on the adaptation of a bestselling Icelandic novel – the thriller Konur by writer Steinar Bragi, produced by True North. In addition she’s writing the comedy TV series Magaluf for Channel 2 and the second season of crime series Stella Blomkvist produced by Saga Film.
Snjólaug is also a professional stand-up comedian and performs in Icelandic, English and French. She regularly appears on TV chat-shows and comedy panel shows. She has toured the world with her comedy and made her debut show last year at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with the esteemed production company, The Gilded Balloon.
