Bergur Ebbi is an Icelandic actor and author. Known in his home country as the author of the books Room Temperature (2017) and Screenshot (2019), Bergur Ebbi is also a renowned speaker and stand-up comic who has has written, performed and produced work for stage, radio and television. A former lawyer, Bergur Ebbi also holds a degree in future studies and gives talks and produces works of strategy and futures thinking. His main themes are the influence of technology on individual and collective identity, fashion, zeitgeist and popular culture. As an actor Bergur Ebbi started out in comedy but has lately taken on more serious roles in series such as The Valhalla Murders (2020) and the movie Skjálfti (2021).
